Absolutely! We welcome all levels and tailor each session to your abilities. Our beginner-friendly classes focus on foundational movements and proper form. Our instructors provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively.
Just bring yourself and your energy! We provide all equipment including mats, reformers, props, and water. We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are optional but can be purchased at the studio.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class without any penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class being deducted from your pack or a fee for drop-in bookings.
