Pirate Pilates is our signature technique focusing on the piriformis muscle — a small but crucial muscle in your hip. This specialized approach helps ease sciatic tension, reduce hip stiffness, and alleviate lower back pain through targeted, controlled movements.

Absolutely! We welcome all levels and tailor each session to your abilities. Our beginner-friendly classes focus on foundational movements and proper form. Our instructors provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively.

Just bring yourself and your energy! We provide all equipment including mats, reformers, props, and water. We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are optional but can be purchased at the studio.

For optimal results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week. Consistency is key! Many of our members start to see improvements in strength, flexibility, and posture within the first few weeks of regular practice.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class without any penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class being deducted from your pack or a fee for drop-in bookings.
